With a degree in graphic design, Lori Siebert began her own firm (originally called Siebert Design Associates, now renamed "Olika") just three years after graduating. The firm is now nearly 20 years old and has produced everything from logos and packaging to large signage systems for client lists that includes Bath & Body Works, Target, Nickelodeon, Longaberger and Universal Studios.

Lori and her design team at Olika continue to create product, style guides and branding for major retail clients. They also license imagery and product concepts to a variety of individual manufacturers.  Lori has created many gift products, table top collections, kitchen textiles and stationery items.
